BEDDEGAMA   NOVELS. Beddegama is unique among the Sinhala novels I have read. Because in the novel beddegama I see a family living a miserable life in a poor village struggling with rural living conditions.The story is based on the characters Silidu,hinnihami,baboon,punchi menika,Vederala and Arachchirala.I like Silidu, the main character here. Also here Arachchirala is the head of the village. Compared to other stories, the creator's attempt to introduce the characters is powerful. From the beginning to the end of beddegama , if flows like a tragedy.I feel that leonard may have created this story by capturing the thoughts, wishes and behavior of the villagers. Baboon loves a beautiful woman like his little gem. Argues with Arahchirala to get her. His role is very serious. Also little manika is  a character who came up with  effort. Marla Lee Runyan Marla lee Runyan was born in America in 1969 and became a famous athlete, road runner and marathon runner Who is legally blind. She won the national championship in the women's 5000 meters. She studies at sun Diego university, and began competing in several sporting events such as Heptathlon.200-meter dash, high jump, shot put 100-meter hurdles, long jump, javelin throw and the 800-meter run. In 1994 she received her Master's degree in education of deafblind children. She began her career in able -bodied events in the pan American Games in  1999 and won gold in the 1500 - meter race which ranked the 2 nd in the USA. At Sydney Olympics, making Runyan the first legally blind athlete to  compete in the Olympics and placed the highest finish by an American woman in the event. A  STORY Two university student had a week of exams coming up. They decided enjoying themselves going to parties instead of studding. Their biggest exam was on Wednesday and they told their professor that their car broke down the night before due to a flat tire they had to push the car for several miles. They asked for more time to study. The professor told them that they will have another day to study. That night both the boys crammed all night until they were sure they knew everything arrived at the university next morning. Each boy was told to go to separate class rooms to take the exam.         

THE  POLICE  They do a number of things. When someone does something illegal, the police must investigate. If they find persons responsible for the rime. They arrest them. At the police station, they question the suspects that committed the crimethink then  they are charged with the crime they are believed to have done. The suspects must then go to court for trial. In court, the persons charged with the crime, now called the defendants or accused must try to prove ,that they did not commit the crime; in nether words that they are innocent. The jury listens to all the evidence and then makes their decision.
